THE THIRD movie in the Da Vinci Code trilogy is being written by an untested scriptwriter.

But as he is author DAN BROWN, who wrote the original novels, I reckon he’ll cope.

The Lost Symbol is the third outing for fictional code cracker Robert Langdon and this time he’s investigating the murky world of the Freemasons in Washington.

With the last two movies, starring TOM HANKS, taking £800million Sony seems to have cracked the box office code.

But with Tom about to star in KATHRYN BIGELOW‘s Triple Frontier, and director RON HOWARD working onSTEPHEN KING‘s Dark Tower, there may be two vital elements missing from this particular mystery.
